Alstom is a large French multinational conglomerate which holds interests in the power generation and transport markets. With over 92,000 employees in around 100 countries, the organisation is always looking to hire talented people and nothing better than hiring the right people through a Employee Referral Campaign.
The challenge was to design posters which had an informal look while maintaining the strict branding guidelines for a brand that's worth €20.9 billion. I created a series of posters for the campaign emphasising on the concept of getting rewarded by referring friends.
